In August 2025, SP Fusion successfully delivered the inaugural National Industrial Manpower Summit (NIMS 2025) at the State House Banquet Hall, Presidential Villa, Abuja. The summit’s theme was “Manpower Development: The Bridge Between Potential and Productivity.” This three-day event brought together policymakers, industry leaders, and international partners to engage in vital discussions regarding Nigeria’s industrial future.
Planning for the summit began just two months prior, showcasing our ability to execute a large-scale, high-profile project within a tight timeline. We scoped potential venues, developed creative branding aligned with the summit theme, produced 3D stage designs and layout concepts for approval, and collaborated with our digital partners on the summit’s website, registration system, email communications, and social media platforms.
Day 1 commenced with the arrival of dignitaries and delegates, featuring a keynote address delivered by the Vice President on behalf of the President. The main hall was designed for maximum impact, with a formal stage, branded backdrops, and dynamic lighting to facilitate in-person engagement and live broadcasting. A VIP lounge welcomed senior delegates, while the dome served as a dining space for general attendees. A purpose-built exhibition marquee provided sponsors and partners a platform to showcase their innovations.
Day 2 expanded the format with additional panels and five breakout sessions. Each breakout room was customised with signage, staging, and seating. The dome again hosted lunch, and the exhibition marquee continued to showcase sector innovations.
Day 3 concluded with a gala night, transforming the main hall into a banquet setting enhanced by stage lighting, décor, and entertainment, creating a fitting and celebratory close to the summit.
SP Fusion managed every aspect of the event’s delivery. From creative direction and branding to venue design, logistics, vendor coordination, guest check-in, media, and live streaming, every detail was executed with precision.
The result was a seamless and memorable reflection of the summit’s ambition and significance.
