We are looking for Events Team Members to join our team

As an Event Team Member at our SP Luxe sub-brand, you will play a crucial role in executing flawless corporate events, brand activations, and corporate gifting experiences. You will work closely with our clients to ensure that every event we organise is a resounding success. Your attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and passion for creating memorable moments will be essential in this role.

Our ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in event planning or related roles is a plus.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Creativity and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
Knowledge of the corporate event and brand activation landscape is a plus.

Responsibilities will include

Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events, brand activations, and corporate gifting services.
Collaborate with the event team to ensure all logistical details are in place, including venue setup, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation.
Help manage event budgets and track expenses.
Support in the development and execution of event marketing and promotional strategies.
Assist with on-site event management, ensuring smooth operations during events.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and third-party service providers.
Assist in post-event evaluations and reporting, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
Provide excellent customer service and communication to clients and event attendees.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
