Office Administrator

We are looking for an experienced office administrator to join our team

As an office administrator, you will undertake administrative tasks, guaranteeing the rest of the team has adequate support to work efficiently. As a result, you will ensure the smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes to driving sustainable growth.
Our ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven work experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Good PC skills, especially Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Organisational, time-management and problem-solving skills
  • A degree in office administration or a relevant field (a plus).
Responsibilities will include
  • Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Taking minutes, managing diaries, arranging appointments, and booking meetings
  • Supporting budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Tracking stocks of office supplies and placing orders when necessary
  • Complying with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices
  • Assisting colleagues whenever necessary.
