Operations Manager – SP Luxe

We are looking for an operations manager to join our team

As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the operational excellence of our SP Luxe sub-brand. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth execution of projects, manage resources efficiently, and maintain high service standards. Our ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within event management or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of event management processes, brand activation, and gifting services.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Familiarity with the local Lagos market and corporate clientele is an advantage.
Responsibilities will include
  • Oversee the overall operations of SP Luxe, including event management, brand activation, and gifting services.
  • Coordinate closely with the team lead to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with client requirements.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful completion.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively, including staffing requirements, equipment, and materials.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services and products.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas for optimisation and implementing best practices.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant advancements into our operational strategies.
