We are looking for an operations manager to join our team

As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the operational excellence of our SP Luxe sub-brand. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth execution of projects, manage resources efficiently, and maintain high service standards. Our ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably within event management or related industry.
Strong knowledge of event management processes, brand activation, and gifting services.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Familiarity with the local Lagos market and corporate clientele is an advantage.

Responsibilities will include

Oversee the overall operations of SP Luxe, including event management, brand activation, and gifting services.
Coordinate closely with the team lead to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with client requirements.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful completion.
Manage and allocate resources effectively, including staffing requirements, equipment, and materials.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services and products.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas for optimisation and implementing best practices.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant advancements into our operational strategies.
